HPX connects immutable artifacts, integrity verification, peer discovery, and state sync without requiring a private source checkout.

Integrity is part of installation.

The manager verifies the binary, all native runtimes, genesis, and the selected node configuration against the published SHA-256 manifest before anything is installed.
